Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to have mercy on us.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that because of Your Lovingkindness, You are willing to have mercy on us.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to blot out our transgressions.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that because of the multitudes of Your tender mercies, You are willing to blot out our transgressions.

Psalm 51: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to wash us from our iniquity.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to cleanse us from our sin.

 

Lord God, please wash me from my iniquity.

 

Lord God, please cleanse me from my sin.

 

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

 

Psalm 51: 2

 

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

Psalm 51: 9

Lord God, Thank You for Your truth, that You are able to create a new heart in us.

Lord God, please create a new heart in me.

 

Lord God, please renew a right spirit within me.

 

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

 

Psalm 51: 10

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to keep from casting us from Your presence.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to leave Your spirit within us.

 

Lord God, please do not cast me from Your presence.

 

Lord God, please leave Your spirit within me.

 

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

 

Psalm 51: 11

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that if we have lost the joy of Your salvation, You are able to restore in us the joy of Your salvation.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to uphold us with Your Spirit.

 

Lord God, please restore the the joy of Your salvation, and sustain me with an obedient heart.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the sacrifice You desire is a broken spirit.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will not despise a broken and contrite heart.

 

Lord God, grant me a broken spirit, a broken and repentant heart.

 

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is not good for a mighty man to boast in his mischief.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your goodness endures continually.

 

Lord God, cause me not to boast in mischief.

 

Lord God, cause goodness to dwell in me.

 

Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.

 

Psalm 52: 1

 

Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor, working deceitfully. Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness. Selah. Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue. God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. Selah.

 

Psalm 52: 2-5

 

The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him: Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to trust in Your mercy for ever and ever.

 

Lord God, cause me to be like a green olive tree in Your house.

 

Lord God, cause me to trust in Your mercy for ever and ever.

 

But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.

 

Psalm 52: 8

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to praise You forever for the things You have done.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to place our hope in Your name.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your name is good.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to praise You in the presence of Your saints.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that fools say in their heart there is no God.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who say in their heart that there is no God, have done abominable iniquity.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that there is no one that does good.

 

Lord God, cause my heart to declare that You are God.

 

Lord God, keep me from abominable iniquity.

 

Lord God, cause me to abide in You, and have Your goodness done through me.

 

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

 

Psalm 53: 1

 

God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

 

Psalm 53: 2-3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You despise and put to shame those who work iniquity, and do not call upon Your name.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You give fear, where no fear existed, to those who come against Your people.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You foil the plans of those who come against Your people.

 

Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God. There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to hear our prayers. hear my prayer, as there are people who have come out against me, and they have not worshiped You as their God.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to give ear to the words of our mouth.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who have not set Yourself before them, may rise up against us, to oppress us and seek our soul.

 

Lord God, hear my prayer, and protect me from those who have not set You before themselves, who rise up against me to oppress me, and who seek after my soul.

 

Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth. For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.

 

Psalm 54: 2-3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to be our helper.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are with those who uphold our souls.

 

Lord God, be my helper.

 

Lord God, be with those who are upholding my soul.

 

Lord God, thank You for being my helper, and for being with those who keep me safe.

 

Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

 

Psalm 54: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to reward evil to our enemies.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to cut off our enemies in Your truth.

 

Lord God, return evil to those who slander me.

 

Lord God, cut off my enemies in Your truth.

 

He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

 

Psalm 54: 5

 

I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good. For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

Lord God, thank you for hearing my prayer. When I cry aloud, You hear my voice.

Lord God, You know my sorrows, You have seen my tears, are they not in Your book?

 

Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?

Lord God, when I cry to You, my enemies shall be turned back, for You are for me.

 

When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.

Lord God, I have put my trust in You, cause me to not be afraid of what men can do to me.

Lord God, I have vowed to offer praises to You, for You delivered my soul from death. Keep my feet from stumbling, that I may walk in Your presence, in the light of life.

 

Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee. For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that through You we are able to do valiant things.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to tread down our enemies.

 

Lord God, tread down my enemies that despise You, and cause me to do valiant things.

 

Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
