Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we can look at Your creation, and know where our help comes from.

 

Lord God, when I look at Your creation, cause me to know where my help comes from.

 

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

 

Psalm 121: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that you made heaven and earth.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that our help comes from You.

 

Lord, cause me to know that it was You, who made heaven and earth.

 

Lord, cause me to know my help comes from You.

 

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

 

Psalm 121: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to keep us from slipping.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to keep us, and you will not slumber.

 

Lord God, cause me to not slip, as You watch over me day and night.

 

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

 

Psalm 121: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are the one who keeps Israel.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You never slumber or sleep.

 

Lord God, keep Israel under Your protection, by day and by night.

 

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

 

Psalm 121: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to be our keeper.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to be a protective shade.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to keep the sun from smiting us by day.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to keep the moon from smiting us by night.

 

Lord God, be my keeper.

 

Lord God, be a protective shade over me.

 

The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

 

Psalm 121: 5-6


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to preserve us from evil.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to preserve our soul.

 

Lord God, preserve me from evil.

 

Lord God, preserve my soul.

 

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

 

Psalm 121: 7

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to preserve our going out, and our coming in, from this time forth, and for ever more.

 

Lord God, keep watch over me as I come and go, both now and forever.

 

Lord God, protect me night and day, in everything I do, for ever.

 

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Lord God, I am glad when they tell me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.

 

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

 

Psalm 122: 1

 

Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.  Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:  Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

 

Psalm 122: 2-4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that thrones of judgment are set in Jerusalem, the thrones of the house of David.

 

For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

 

Psalm 122: 5

Lord God, I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Prosper me as You will.

 

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

 

Psalm 122: 6

Lord God, give Jerusalem peace, and prosperity within the palaces.

 

Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

 

Psalm 122: 7

Lord God, for my brothers and friend's sake, I say, Peace be within Jerusalem.

 

For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

 

Psalm 122: 8

Lord God, for the sake of Your house, I will seek the good of Jerusalem.

 

Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.

Lord God, I lift my eyes to You, who dwells in the heavens.

 

Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

 

Psalm 123: 1

 

Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

 

Psalm 123: 2

 

Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

 

Psalm 123: 3

 

Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.

 

Psalm 123: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that if You had not been on Israel's side, when people rose up against them, they would have swallowed them alive. When peoples anger was kindled against them, the waters would have engulfed them, and the raging waters would have swept over them.

 

If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us: Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us: Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul: Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.

 

Psalm 124: 1-5

Lord God, Blessed are You, who has not given me over as prey to my enemies.

 

Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.

 

Psalm 124: 6

Lord God, You have allowed our escape, as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers. The snare is broken, and we have escaped.

 

Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

 

Psalm 124: 7

Lord God, my help is in Your name, You who made heaven and earth.

 

Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

 

Psalm 124: 8

Lord God, cause me to trust in You, and abide forever.

 

They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.

 

Psalm 125: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that as the mountains surround Israel, You surround Your people, now and forever.

 

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.

 

Psalm 125: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the rod of wickedness will not rest on the land allotted to the righteous, so that the righteous will not use their hands to do evil.

 

For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

 

Psalm 125: 3

Lord God, do good to those that are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts.

 

Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

 

Psalm 125: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who turn aside to crooked ways, You will lead away with the workers of iniquity, but You peace will be upon Israel.

 

As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.

 

Psalm 125: 5

When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

 

Psalm 126: 1

Lord God, when You deliver me, and my mouth is filled with laughter, and my tongue with singing, have them among the unbelievers say, The LORD has done a great thing for him.

 

Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.

 

Psalm 126: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You have done great things for us, and have made us glad.

 

The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

 

Psalm 126: 3

 

Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

 

Psalm 126: 4-6

Lord God, build my house, and keep watch over me.

 

Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

 

Psalm 127: 1

 

It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

 

Psalm 127: 2

 

Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

 

Psalm 127: 3-5

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that every one who fears You and walks in Your ways is blessed.

 

Lord God, cause me to fear You, and walk in Your ways.

 

Lord God, cause me to receive the blessings you have promised.

 

Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.

 

Psalm 128: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that every one who fears You, and walks in Your ways, shall eat the fruit of their labor, shall be happy, and it will be well with you.

 

Lord God, cause me to fear You, and walk in Your ways.

 

Lord God, cause me to eat the fruit of my labor, be happy, and make things well with me.

 

For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

 

Psalm 128: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that for men who fear You, and walk in Your ways, his wife will be as a fruitful vine by the sides of his house, and his children like olive plants around his table.

 

Lord God, cause me to fear You, and walk in Your ways, and allow my wife to be as a fruitful vine by the side of my house, and my children like olive plants around my table.

 

Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

 

Psalm 128: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the man who fears You, will be blessed.

 

Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

 

Psalm 128: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the man who fears You, will be blessed out of Zion, and shall see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of his life.

 

The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

 

Psalm 128: 5

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the man who fears You, will see his children's children, and peace upon Israel.

 

Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.

 

Psalm 128: 6

Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say: Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me. The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

 

Psalm 129: 1-3

Lord God, You are righteous, and have cut me free from the cords of the wicked.

 

The LORD is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

 

Psalm 129: 4

 

Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up: Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom. Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.

 

Psalm 129: 5-8

Lord God, when I cry to You, even from the depths, hear my voice, and let Your ears be attentive to my cry for help.

 

Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

 

Psalm 130: 1-2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that no one could stand, if judged for their iniquities.

 

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

 

Psalm 130: 3

Lord God, forgiveness is available from You, so that You may be feared.

 

Lord God, cause me to fear You, and grant me forgiveness for my iniquities.

 

But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

 

Psalm 130: 4

Lord God, cause me to hope in Your word, and wait for You with diligence.

 

I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

 

Psalm 130: 5

Lord God, cause my soul to wait for You, more than watchmen long for the morning.

 

My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

 

Psalm 130: 6

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Israel should hope in You, for with You there is mercy, and with You is redemption in abundance.

 

Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

 

Psalm 130: 7

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

 

And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

 

Psalm 130: 8
