Lord God, thank You for Your servant and apostle of Christ, Paul, who preached faith towards You, and knowledge of truth that leads to godliness.

 

Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

 

Titus 1: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to have hope of eternal life.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You can not lie.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You promised eternal life before the world began.

 

Lord God, thank You for the hope of eternal life, which You promised before the world began.

 

In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

 

Titus 1: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You manifested Your word through preaching.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You committed Paul the Apostle to preach Your gospel.

 

Lord God, thank You for bringing Your words of salvation through preachers You have entrusted to share Your words of life.

 

But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;

 

Titus 1: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that an overseer, as God's steward, must hold fast to the faithful word he has been taught.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who are appointed as elder's, and are Your steward's, may by holding fast to Your faithful word, use sound doctrine to both exhort, and convince those who try to contradict it.

 

Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to speak the things which are of sound doctrine.

 

Lord God, establish Your truths in my heart, so through sound doctrine, I will glorify You.

 

But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:

 

Titus 2: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be sober-minded.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be worthy of respect.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be self controlled.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be sound in their faith.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be sound in love.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older men should be sound in their endurance.

 

Lord God, place a desire in my heart to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love and endurance.

 

Lord God, cause me to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love and endurance.

 

That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

 

Titus 2: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women's behavior should be holy.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should not accuse others falsely.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should not be given to much wine.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should be teachers of good things.

 

Lord God, place a desire in my heart, to be reverent in the way I live, to not be slanderous, to not be addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.

 

Lord God, cause me to be reverent in the way I live, to not be slanderous, to not be addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.

 

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

 

Titus 2: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to be sober.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to love their husbands.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to love their children.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to live wisely.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to be pure.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to work in their homes.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to do good.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that older women should teach the young women to be submissive to their husbands.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that young women should be taught to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to live wisely, to be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands, so Your word will not be blasphemed .

 

Lord God, give me the desire in my heart to train young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to live wisely, to be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands.

 

Lord God, cause me to train young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to live wisely, to be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands.

 

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

 

Titus 2: 4-5

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to encourage young men to be sober, and self-controlled.

 

Lord God, bring people into the lives of young men, that will encourage them to be self-controlled.

 

Lord God, cause me to be an encouragement to young men to be sober, and self-controlled.

 

Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

 

Titus 2: 6

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to be an example of good works.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to teach Your wisdom with integrity.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to teach Your wisdom with seriousness.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to teach Your wisdom with soundness of speech that can not be condemned.

 

Lord God, cause me to be a good example of good works. When I teach, cause me to show integrity, seriousness, and soundness of speech that can not be condemned. Make those who are opposed to me be ashamed, because they have nothing bad to say about me.

 

In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,  Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

 

Titus 2: 7-8

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to be obedient to our masters.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to try and please those who are placed over us in all things.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to not talk back against those who are placed over us.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to not steal from those who are placed over us.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to cause those who are placed over us to trust us in all things.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, that while we serve others, we should make Your doctrine attractive in every way.

 

Lord God, while serving others, give me a heart to be obedient to my bosses, to try to please them, to not talk back to them, to not steal from them, but to show I can be fully trusted so I will be able to make the teaching about You, my God and Savior, attractive in every way.

 

Lord God, cause me to be obedient to my bosses, to please them, to not talk back to them, to not steal from them, but to show I can be fully trusted so I will be able to make the teaching about You, my God and Savior, attractive in every way.

 

Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;  Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

 

Titus 2: 9-10

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your grace that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

 

Lord God, thank You for bringing Your grace that brings salvation, before all men.

 

Lord God, thank You for bringing to me Your grace that brings salvation.

 

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

 

Titus 2: 11

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to deny ungodliness.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to deny worldly lusts.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to live self-controlled.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to live uprightly.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to live godly lives.

 

Lord God, train me through Your spirit, that I should renounce ungodly living and worldly passions, so I can live self-controlled, righteously, and devoted to You.

Lord cause me to deny ungodliness.

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

 

Titus 2: 12

Lord God, cause me to live righteously, as I look forward with hope to the wonderful appearing of Your glory, and my Savior Jesus Christ.

 

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

 

Titus 2: 13

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus Christ gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus Christ gave himself for us, that we might be purified as his possession, and be zealous to do good works.

 

Lord God, cause me to redeemed from all iniquity, through the work of Your Son.

 

Lord God, cause me to be purified as Christs possession, and to be zealous of good works.

 

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

 

Titus 2: 14

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction to speak, exhort, and rebuke Your word with all authority, with no one able to despise us.

 

Lord God, give me the wisdom to speak Your doctrine, encouraging Your people to live godly lives. Guide me with Your spirit to rebuke under Your authority, when necessary, with no one despising the authority in which I speak.

 

These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

 

Titus 2: 15

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction to not slander.

Lord God, cause me to not slander, to be peaceable and considerate, and to be humble before all people.

 

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

 

Titus 3: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that before the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost, sometimes I was foolish.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that before the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost, sometimes I was disobedient.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that before the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost, sometimes I was deceived.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that before the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost, sometimes I was enslaved by many passions and pleasures.

Lord God, thank You for Your love and kindness that appeared to me through Your Son, while I was being foolish, and disobedient. When I was deceived and enslaved by many passions and pleasures, when I lived in malice and envy, when I was hated, and when I hated others.

 

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

 

Titus 3: 3-4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we are saved according to Your mercy, and not by works of righteousness.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your mercy that saves me, since by my own works I am unable.

 

Lord God, thank You for cleansing me with regeneration, and for renewing me with the Holy Ghost.

 

Lord God, thank You for the renewing of the Holy Ghost, which You shed on me abundantly through Jesus Christ, my Savior.

 

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

 

Titus 3: 5-6

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who are justified by the grace of Jesus Christ, are able to be heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

 

Lord God, cause me to be justified by the grace of Christ, and made an heir according to the hope of eternal life.

 

That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

 

Titus 3: 7

Lord God, thank You for Your promise that the following is a faithful saying, that they which have believed in You should be careful to maintain good works.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who believed in You and after this do good works, do what is good and is profitable to men.

 

Lord God, cause me to believe in You, and to be a doer of Your good works.

 

Lord God, cause me to devote myself to doing what is good, as this would be excellent and profitable for others.

 

This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

 

Titus 3: 8

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to avoid foolish questions, genealogies, contentions, and striving about the law.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that foolish questions, genealogies, contentions, and striving about the law are unprofitable and vain.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to reject those who are a heretic after the first and second admonition.

 

Lord God, teach me to properly warn twice, those who taunt with foolish questions, genealogies, and contentions about Your law. After having warned them twice, and there is no change, cause me to part ways with them, as You warn they are subverted, sinning, and condemned of themselves.

 

But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;  Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

 

Titus 3: 9-11

Lord God, thank You for Your instruction, to maintain good works for necessary uses, so we will not be unfruitful.

 

Lord God, teach me to maintain good works, that I may be productive and lead a fruitful life.

 

Lord God, cause me fruitful, by maintaining good works for necessary uses.

 

And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.

 

Titus 3: 14

 

All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen.
