Psalm 101: 1

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to behave wisely, and to try and do it with perfection.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we should long for You to come to us.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to walk in our house with a perfect heart.

 

Lord God, cause me to behave wisely, and to try and and perfect it.

 

Lord God, cause me to walk in my house with a perfect heart.

 

I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

 

Psalm 101: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to not set wicked things before our eyes.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to hate the work of those who transgress Your laws.

 

Lord God, cause wicked things from coming before my eyes.

 

Lord God, cause me to hate the work of transgression, so sin will not cling to me.

 

I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

 

Psalm 101: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for perverseness to leave our hearts.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is not good to be involved with evil.

 

Lord God, cause perverseness to leave my heart.

 

Lord God, keep me from getting involved with evil.

 

A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

 

Psalm 101: 4

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will cut off those who slander their neighbor.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those with haughty eyes and an arrogant heart will not receive Your favor.

 

Lord God, cause me to not slander my neighbor.

 

Lord God, keep me from having a proud look.

 

Lord God, keep me from having an arrogant heart.

 

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

 

Psalm 101: 5

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your eyes will be on the faithful in the land.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the faithful of the land will dwell with You.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who walk in a perfect way will serve You.

 

Lord God, cause me to be faithful.

 

Lord God, cause me to walk in a perfect way.

 

Lord God, cause me to dwell with You, and to serve You.

 

Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

 

Psalm 101: 6

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that workers of deceit will not dwell in Your house.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will not watch over and protect those who tell lies.

 

Lord God, cause me to not work deceit.

 

Lord God, cause me to tell the truth.

 

Lord God, cause me to dwell within Your house.

 

He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

 

Psalm 101: 7

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will destroy all the wicked of the land.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will cut off all evildoers from Your city.

 

Lord God, cause me to not be wicked.

 

Lord God, cause me to not be an evildoer.

 

Lord God, do not destroy me from the land, or cut me off from Your city.

 

I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.

Lord God, hear my prayer, and let my cry come before You.

 

Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.

 

Psalm 102: 1

Lord God, do not hide Your face from me in the day of my distress. Turn Your ear to me, and answer quickly when I call.

 

Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

 

Psalm 102: 2

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that my days are like a declining shadow, and I will wither like grass.

 

My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.

 

Psalm 102: 11

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will endure forever, and the remembrance of You to all generations.

 

But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.

 

Psalm 102: 12

Lord God, thank You for declaring that You will arise and have mercy on Zion, in the favored time, the set time, which has come.

 

Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

 

Psalm 102: 13

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the nations will fear Your name, and the kings of the earth will fear Your glory.

 

So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

 

Psalm 102: 15

Lord God, thank You for hearing the prayer of the destitute, and for not despising their prayer.

 

He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.

 

Psalm 102: 17

Lord God, thank You for looking down from Your sanctuary on high, to behold the earth, to hear the groans of those imprisoned, and to loose those appointed to death,  so Your name will be declaring in Zion, and Your praise in Jerusalem.

 

For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth; To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;

 

Psalm 102: 19-21

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands.

 

Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

 

Psalm 102: 25

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we will perish, but You will endure. We will wear out like a garment, You will change us, and we will pass away.

 

They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:

 

Psalm 102: 26

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You remain the same, and Your years have no end.

 

But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.

 

Psalm 102: 27

Lord God, thank You for causing Your servant's children to dwell securely, and for establishing their descendants before You.

 

The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.

Lord God, thank You for forgiving all my iniquities, and for healing my diseases.

Lord God, thank You for redeeming my life from destruction, and for crowning me with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

 

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You satisfy our mouth's with good things.

 

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to renew our youth, like eagles.

 

Lord God, satisfy my mouth's with good things.

 

Lord God, renew my youth like an eagle's.

 

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

 

Psalm 103: 5

Lord God, thank You for executing righteousness and judgment for all those that are oppressed.

 

The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

 

Psalm 103: 6

Lord God, thank You for making Your ways known to Moses, and Your acts known to the children of Israel.

 

He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

 

Psalm 103: 7

Lord God, thank You for being compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love.

 

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

 

Psalm 103: 8

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will not always strive with me, or be angry forever.

 

He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

 

Psalm 103: 9

Lord God, thank You for Your patience, that has not dealt with me according to my sin, or repaid me according to my iniquities.

 

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

 

Psalm 103: 10

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is Your mercy towards those who fear You.

 

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

 

Psalm 103: 11

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that as far as the east is from the west, is how far You have removed our transgressions from us.

 

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

 

Psalm 103: 12

Lord God, as You pity those who fear You, cause me to fear You, and have pity on me.

 

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

 

Psalm 103: 13

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You know what I am made of, and are mindful I am dust.

 

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

 

Psalm 103: 14

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that I flourish as grass, or as a flower in the field. The wind passes over the grass and flower, they are gone, and the place they once were knows them no more.

 

As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.  For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

 

Psalm 103: 15-16

Lord God, cause me to fear You, then render Your mercy to me as You have done from everlasting to everlasting to those who fear You, and impart Your righteousness to my children's children.

 

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

 

Psalm 103: 17

Lord God, cause me to keep Your covenant, and remember Your commandments to do them, as one who fears You, and who is promised to receive Your mercy.

 

To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

 

Psalm 103: 18

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your throne is in the heavens, and Your kingdom rules over all.

 

The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

 

Psalm 103: 19

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for Your angels, who have great strength, who do Your word, and are obedient to Your command, to praise You.

 

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

 

Psalm 103: 20

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for Your hosts, that minister to You, and do Your pleasure, to praise You.

 

Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

 

Psalm 103: 21

Lord God, cause my soul to bless You, in all the works, in all places of Your dominion.

 

Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

 

Psalm 104: 1

 

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

 

Psalm 104: 2-6

 

O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

 

Psalm 104: 24

 

So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.  There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.  These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.  That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

 

Psalm 104: 25-28

 

Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.  Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

 

Psalm 104: 29-30

 

The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

 

Psalm 104: 31

Lord God, make it my joy to sing to You all my life, and to sing praise to You as long as I live.

 

I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

 

Psalm 104: 33

Lord God, my meditation of You is sweet, I will be glad in You.

 

My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

 

Psalm 104: 34

 

Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

 

Psalm 104: 35

O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.

Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

 

Psalm 105: 4

 

Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

 

Psalm 105: 5

Lord God, You are the Lord my God, and Your judgments are in all the earth.

 

He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.

 

Psalm 105: 7

 

And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness: And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people; That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 

Psalm 106: 1

 

Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise?

 

Psalm 106: 2

 

Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

 

Psalm 106: 3

 

Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.

 

Psalm 106: 4-5

 

We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

 

Psalm 106: 6

 

Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea.

 

Psalm 106: 7

 

Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.

 

Psalm 106: 8

 

They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel:

Lord God, regard my affliction when You hear my cry.

Lord God, thank You! You are good, and Your mercy endures forever.

 

O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 

Psalm 107: 1

Lord God, teach me words of thanksgiving and praise, as You have redeemed me from the hand of the enemy.

 

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

 

Psalm 107: 2

Lord God, thank You for calling Your redeemed from all parts of the earth. Wherever men wandered in their ignorance, You called them.

 

And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.  They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.

 

Psalm 107: 3-4

Lord God, even the hungry and thirsty, with their soul fainting in them, have called on You, and have been delivered out of their distress.

 

Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.

 

Psalm 107: 5-6

Lord God, You are able to lead the redeemed by the right way, that they may go to a city of habitation

 

And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

 

Psalm 107: 7

Lord God, I praise You for Your goodness, and Your wonderful works to the children of men.

 

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

 

Psalm 107: 8

Lord God, I praise You for satisfying longing souls, and filling hungry souls with goodness.

 

For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

 

Psalm 107: 9

Lord God, I have sat in darkness, and in the shadow of death. I was bound in affliction and iron, because of my rebellion against Your words, and because I despised Your counsel.

 

Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron;  Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High:

 

Psalm 107: 10-11

Lord God, You brought my heart down as I labored in sin. I fell down, and there was none to help.

 

Therefore he brought down their heart with labour; they fell down, and there was none to help.

 

Psalm 107: 12

Lord God, when I cried to You in my trouble, You saved me out of my distress.

 

Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.

 

Psalm 107: 13

Lord God, You brought me out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke away the chains that bound me.

 

He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder.

 

Psalm 107: 14

Lord God, thank You for Your goodness, and Your wonderful works, as You have broken gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron, to set people free from sin.

 

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!  For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.

 

Psalm 107: 15-16

Lord God, thank You for bringing me out of darkness and the shadow death, and for breaking me out of bondage to sin.

 

He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder.

 

Psalm 107: 14

Lord God, You have healed me in the distress of sickness. When I have called to You for mercy, You have stretched out Your hand to help me. You have delivered me from death.

 

Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted. Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death. Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

 

Psalm 107: 17-20

Lord God, I praise You for Your goodness, and Your wonderful works towards the children of men.

 

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

 

Psalm 107: 21

Lord God, I am thankful for You, and to You, and declare Your works with rejoicing.

 

And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.

 

Psalm 107: 22

Lord God, make me wise and observant of my duties, and give me understanding of Your lovingkindness.

 

Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the LORD.

Lord God, I am fixed on You, and will sing and give praise with all my soul.

 

O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

 

Psalm 108: 1

Lord God, I will praise You among people, and I will sing praises to You among nations.

 

I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

 

Psalm 108: 3

Lord God, Your mercy is higher than the heavens, and Your truth reaches to the skies.

 

For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

 

Psalm 108: 4

Lord God, be exalted above the heavens, and let Your glory be over all of the earth.

 

Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

 

Psalm 108: 5

Lord God, I will look to You for help from trouble.

 

Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

 

Psalm 108: 12

Lord God, with You I can do great things, and it is You that tramples down my enemies.

 

Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.

Lord God, I praise You. Do not stay silent in my troubles.

 

Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;

 

Psalm 109: 1

Lord God, love I show others results in adversity, so I turn it over to You.

 

For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.

 

Psalm 109: 4

Lord God, I have been rewarded evil for good, and hatred for my love.

 

And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

 

Psalm 109: 5

 

Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth. Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.

 

Psalm 109: 15-16

Lord God, because I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded, deliver me for Your name's sake, for Your mercy is good.

 

But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me. For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

 

Psalm 109: 21-22

 

I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust. My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness. I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.

 

Psalm 109: 23-25

Lord God, help me, O LORD my God. So evil men may know that Your hand has done, it, save me according to Your mercy.

 

Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy: That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, LORD, hast done it.

 

Psalm 109: 26-27

Lord God, when they curse me, bless me, and cause them to be ashamed. But let me, Your servant, rejoice.

 

Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.

 

Psalm 109: 28

Lord God, I will greatly praise You with my mouth among the multitude, yes, I will praise You among the multitude.

 

I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

 

Psalm 109: 30

Lord God, You are praiseworthy because you stand at the right hand of the poor, and You save him from those who condemn his soul.

 

For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul.

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.  The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

 

Psalm 110: 1-2

 

Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

 

Psalm 110: 3

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Jesus Christ is a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.

 

Also Reference Hebrews 5:6 - As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

 

The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

 

Psalm 110: 4

 

The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
